New Classes in 2015

We are excited to announce that this year we are holding 2-month workshop sessions based around a topic. We generally meet the first and third Thursday of every month, but please see individual session information for actual dates.

Our workshops focus on positive, lasting change. We provide a supportive environment to give you the guidance and accountability you need to finally make those changes you know you need. Each workshop is led by a registered dietitian and a personal trainer.
